This news came as a real shocker to us when we actually came to know that, Bajaj has discontinued three Discover motorcycle models from Indian market which are Discover 100, 100 M and 125M.

Bajaj Discover is certainly one of the most popular commuter motorcycles of Indian market in recent years. Recently in the Avenger launch event Bajaj gave a hint that it may discontinue Discover models. Right of now, Bajaj will continue the 125 cc Discover, and bikes like Platina, CT100 are doing fine in the below 125 cc segment, they found it realistic to discontinue the base variants of Discover. So far, Bajaj will sell only old body new engine equipped Discover 125, Discover 150 F and S models in Indian market.

Well, it is nothing new for Bajaj, as whenever they launch something new, they withdraw something old. Discontinuing these Bajaj Discover models delivers the same old message. As these Discover models are discontinued from Bajaj’s lineup, there are chances to for the Pune based motorcycle maker to introduce new models in the commuter segment. Not only that, Bajaj is focusing hard to on their newly launched restyled Avenger range, which is yet to impress the customers vehemently. They are all set to increase the production limit of Avenger bikes. Beside that they are also emphasizing on the sports bike segment with their new Pulsar models and the KTM motorcycles too.
