Ducati India has finally launched its much-anticipated superbike that goes by the name Panigale V4 SP. As per the official launch, the motorcycle rolls of the factory with a price tag of Rs.36,07,000 lakh (ex-showroom India). Sources tell that the brand has initiated bookings for the new Panigale V4 SP at its authorised dealerships pan India. Also, it is anticipated that the deliveries of the motorcycle will commence soon.

The motorcycle is quite different from the Ducati Panigale V4 S. It gets an all-new livery with premium equipment on board and an engine that is tuned to battle against its rivals on track as well as the streets. The Panigale V4 SP also gets a steering head that is performance-oriented and an overall aerodynamic design to complement the bike’s race-spec engine.

In terms of design, the Panigale V4 SP is donned by a new “Winter Test” ensemble, inspired by the Ducati Corse motorcycles that were ridden in the pre-season tests of the MotoGP and SBK championships. The vehicle gets a matte black finishing on the fairing which is enhanced in looks by the Marchesini Forged Magnesium Wheels. The use of vibrant red elements and a brushed aluminium fuel tank adds to the sporty character of the motorcycle. Apart from these design elements, the motorcycle also comes with a carbon black mudguard that looks muscular and adjustable footpegs for added convenience.

Ducati is also offering accessories for occasional track day riding. The Panigale V4 SP is offered with an open carbon clutch cover, Ducati Data Analyzer, and telemetry kit assisted by a GPS module for acquiring performance data and also caps for removing the mirrors and registration plate holder.

Further, the Ducati Panigale V4 SP gets an 1103 cc Desmosedici Stradale engine that has the capacity to produce 214 hp of maximum power at 13,000 rpm and 12,6 Kgm of peak torque at 9,500 rpm
