The Kawasaki Z journey began way back in the year 1973 when Kawasaki launched the first Z1 which was powered by a 903cc four-stroke in-line four cylinder engine. Then much later in its 30th anniversary, Kawasaki introduced a radical interpretation of the Z1000, a naked sportbike which turned heads with sharp angles and dual stainless steel exhaust pipes on both sides.
The Kawasaki Z 1000 for the year 2014 was unveiled at the 2013 EICMA motorcycle show which was held in the city of Milan. Recently Kawasaki launched the Z 1000 in our Indian market; but sadly the Kawasaki premium motorcycles are only available in the city of Pune as of now but they are planning to launch new showrooms all over the Country and recently it was also heard that they will be opening their second showroom in New Delhi. As of now it will only be available in India via the expensive CBU route and the booking has already commenced for this motorcycle.
The new Z 1000 comes equipped with many new and exclusive upgrades which has made it one of the most desirable streetfighter available on road today. It is powered by a 1043cc in-line 4-cylinder engine that generates an impressive amount of power and torque. It also has a new exhaust which generates sweet but aggressive roar.
