According to sources, two-wheeler goods vehicles will have to be 550 mm long and the allowed width will be 510 mm and the weight of each box would be 30 kg." But this holds good on paper more than on actual application. And abusing this rule is not a difficult task to do by.

Putting too much weight on your motorcycle compromises handling and can overtax some components. But for some, it could be their daily bread and butter.
