The most exciting small capacity tourer from Aprilla

Motorcycles are something which has evolved a lot in the past few years, including the birth or inception of new segments as well as new technologies. A niche category which was restricted only to scramblers, cruisers, roadsters and supersports till the end of the 20th century, motorcycles in recent years have seen the introduction of new segments, the naked based sport tourers being one of them.

Something equally has happened within the stable of Aprilia as well. The Italian manufacturer, which has been reminiscent of only naked tourers and supersports, is now ornamented with a couple of sport/adventure tourers, the Mana 850 GT being the smaller one of the two (the other one being the Caponord range).

In the Indian market, the ‘Mana’ nameplate was introduced with the naked roadster Mana 650, which soon departed, or rather should we say, evolved into a more functional and practical motorcycle in the form of the semi-faired sport tourer Mana 850 GT. Here’s our quick review on one of the most affordable and practical Aprilias one could buy, the Aprilia Mana 850 GT.
