We truly appreciate such supercar owners
If you are a supercar owner then you will understand the amount of attention you get when you take your car out for a spin. The worst scenario is getting chased by a group of bikers for photographs. We have seen lot of videos in India where people are running with camera phones to just click a photograph with the supercar or chasing the exotic cars on their motorcycle just to get a photograph.
Here in this video you will actually watch the same thing where a Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster was being chased by a group of bikers for photographs but what the owner of this supercar did next was really unbelievable.
The owner of the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster invited all the bikers to his lavish house and actually gave them an opportunity to click images of his precious car. The owners turned out to be car fanatic himself and quite enjoyed the fact that his newly prized possession was actually being appreciated by so many people. He even opened the roof of his car and let these bikers click images of the cabin and let one of them even enjoy the exhaust note of his car.
The unknown owner of the Lamborghini Aventador also owned couple of other supercars as well which includes Lamborghini Huracan, Porsche 911 GT3, Porsche 911 Turbo S, Porsche Boxster, Porsche 911 Turbo (997) etc.
This video is surely worth watching if you are a car fanatic.
This new Bugatti Veyron Costs £1.7million
We know celebrities and their love for fast cars. Recently we came to know that the soccer player Christiano Ronaldo purchased a new Bugatti Veyron after his team won the Euro 2016. Now we were also quite surprised when we saw Ronaldo posting the images of his new cars on Instagram because when the world is going gaga over the Veyron successor Chiron why Ronaldo settled for the predecessor. Anyway the reports states that the brand new Veyron set him back £1.7million.
In this short video which was posted on his Instagram account you can actually watch Ronaldo driving his new prized possession in his estate which actually located on the outskirts of Madrid. You can actually watch him drive the new Bugatti slowly in his estate and also pose for the camera. Apart from owning the Bugatti Veyron, Christiano also owns couple of other exotic cars but recently he is cleaning out old stock and making place for some new cars. The star player already owned a Lamborghini Aventador, Rolls Royce Ghost, couple of Porsche’s and also Mercedes AMG’s
The Veyron model that he owns is the 16.4 Grand Sport versions, this car can sprint from 0-100 km/h mark in just 2.6 seconds.
The iconic and rare BMW has an interesting bcakground story
The classic car you are seeing in these images belonged to the ‘Kings of Rock and Rolls’ Elvis Presley. The US musician bought this car while he was actually doing his military service for the army in Germany. The iconic car seemed to have disappeared and after almost 50 years it was discovered in pretty bad shape. BMW then decided to restore the 507 with chassis number 70079 back to its formal glory.
After almost two years of exacting restoration work the now restored 507 will be showcased infront of the public at the prestigious Concours d’Elegance in Pebble Beach, California on 21st August. When the iconic singer took delivery of his prestigious BMW 507 on 28th December 1958, the roadster was finished in feather white colour and was powered by a V8 all aluminium engine which produced an impressive 150 Hp of power back then. The car also featured centre lock rims, black and white interior and Becker Mexico Radio.
Bringing this old iconic car of the legend back to life was not an easy job. Although the cars original parts and other components were all present and intact but the 507’s engine and gearbox were missing, while the rear axle too was actually a replacement part of an unknown origin. The car also had rust problems which was actually eating away the floor assembly. Even the cars seats were all torn and the instrument cluster too was missing.
The newest kid in the Mercedes-AMG India stable
Only yesterday Mercedes-Benz India launched the all new SLC 43 in India which happens to be the AMG variant of the SLC Roadster. The SLC is the facelift variant of the SLK class and is a part of the new Mercedes Nomenclature. What is more surprising is also the fact that Mercedes introduced the SLK 43 just after 4 months of its International debut. This actually also is the first product which was launched with a new two digit nomenclature.
Now apart from the new name the Mercedes SLC also gets a revamped exterior as well as interior. Gone are those boring styling, the new Roadster gets Mercedes families new face while the AMG touches has made it more appealing. However the biggest change that you will find is under the hood, the SLK’s bigger V8 naturally aspirated engine is now replaced by a much smaller 3.0 Liter V6 bit-turbo unit. So now the big question is that has it affected the performance of this new roadster which claims to be a part of the prestigious AMG family which is popular amongst the crowd for its performance.

The Coupe even looks wilder without its roof
After almost a year Lamborghini launched the Huracan LP610-4 they introduced the Spyder variant as well at the 2015 Geneva Motor show. The Huracan was brought to replace the iconic Gallardo and thus its successor had a humongous task to live up to its predecessors name and thanks to the brilliant engineering package, it was. The car was so good that it was even faster than its bigger and more powerful brother, the mighty Aventador.
When Lamborghini launched the Gallardo back in 2003, a few people said that it is not how a Lamborghini should be. It was not mad enough. But all this changed when the convertible came out in 2006 and this kept many people happy. The spyder changed the character of the supercar completely and it was just mad. Just imagine you drive the same machine with that roaring engine just behind your seat and with the roof off.
Just like what have seen with the Gallardo Lamborghini launched the coupe first then came the Spyder variant. With the Huracan Lamborghini repeated the history again, they launched the Coupe variant first and then decided to launch the soft top Spyder variant of the same coupe later. Just like we all would have expected the Spyder variant looked dead gorgeous without its roof but at the back it still carried the same naturally aspirated 5.2 Liter V10 unit which is one beast of an engine.

Lamborghini Huracan Spyder LP 610-4 is all set for its India debut on 5th May in Mumbai. When in December, 2015 the Lamborghini dealership in Delhi posted a partly covered image of the roadster; it created the rumor about the launch of the car in India. When the car was first unveiled at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, it created quite a ripple in the world of automobiles. Now, after nearly five months after the revealing of the partly covered image by the Delhi Lamborghini dealership, the roadster is in headlines again.
The Lamborghini Huracan Spyder is based on the Lamborghini Huracan coupe. The 1542 kilogram weighing roadster comes with a soft top which opens in just 17 seconds while running at a speed of 50 kmph. The Boxster gets a smaller flat four engine but there is something else to it also
First of all let me mention here I loved the way the video started with rain pouring down from the skies and the sea waves hitting the shores. Usually car throttle videos do not start so gently but this video surely looks different. In this video you can watch them driving a brand new Porsche 718 Boxster. Now as you are already aware by now that Porsche has downsized the flat six engine and now it is powered by a smaller four cylinder turbo charged engine.
Obviously the flat 718 Boxster sounds a little different than the bigger engine but you cannot actually tell that this sounds complete disaster (watch 1:00 time mark). There are some new improvements made by Porsche in this new Boxster for instance you can now open the soft top while the car is moving, the new Boxster derives some of its parts from the old Boxster and other cars from Porsche lineup. The new Boxster also gets bigger front disc brakes, while trhe rear axle is shared with the Cayman GT4. While the turbo in particular has been taken from the 911, the 2.5 Litre engine which is capable of producing about 350 Hp of peak power and an impressive 420 Nm of torque in between 1900 to 4500 rpm. The car gets paired to a 6 speed manual gearbox while one can also opt for the PDK transmission as well. The gearbox has also been tweaked to match the overall performance of the engine.
You can watch the video to learn more about the new Porsche 718 Boxster and find our the rest of the changes.
will the smaller inline 4 cylinder engine will do justice to this iconic Boxster model
Porsche recently introduced the all new Boxster Roadster and although it looks quite identical to the old car but the most important thing is that it is now called 718 which also happen to be this auto brands successful car back in the 60’s era. Although this car looks identical to the old car but Porsche explains that every single panel is new in this car except bonnet, windscreen and the boot. Apart from the exterior the interior too gets a subtle update. However the interior changes come in the form of a new smaller steering wheel and a new infotainment system.
In this video you can Auto Express drives the all new Porsche 718 Boxster. Porsche has made number of changes to make the new Roadster much better handling machine, they not only have tweaked the rear suspension but also has borrowed a more faster steering from the 911 Turbo. Apart from all the Porsche has also ditched the previous engines in favor of a smaller 2.0 Liter four cylinder flat engine. This engine is capable of producing about 300 Hp of peak power and 300 NM of torque.
The car driven in this video is the S Model and thus it gets the 2.5 Liter engine which also comes with a turbocharger unit and thus it produces 350 Hp of peak power and an impressive 420 Nm of torque. Both the models get 6 speed manual transmission as standard but one can also opt for the PDK transmission as well.
Watch and enjoy as the Auto Express drives this not so purist dream car across the windy roads to the top of the mountain.

What will do, if you are sitting behind the wheel of a gorgeous Lamborghini Aventador? Well, we assume you might take the car for a scorching track ride or you can burn the highways or even you can cruise through the city traffic and grab lots of appreciating curious eyes. But, certainly you wouldn’t want to take this car for a bumpy off roading drive, will you?
But in this video, the owner or the driver behind the wheels did just that. It looks somewhere in Middle East and as you know plenty of people there spend enormous amount of money behind expensive cars. But as it seems, some people might have a little brain for driving knowledge. Probably that is why; this guy was driving this exotic car in the desert sand, like it is a 4x4 SUV out there. As it seems, the owner or the driver of this car is not concerned about the potential scratches to this car or even any mechanical damage too, which can be easily caused by the sand grains.
The 16 year old daughter of late actor Paul walker has filed a civil lawsuit against famous auto manufacturer Porsche, claiming the car in which Paul was during his death was faulty, and that is why it erupted in fire after the crash which ultimately resulted Paul into his death.
Paul’s daughter Meadow Rain Walker, alleged that the famous sports car maker didn’t follow the proper safety rules, and they took the shortcuts instead while making the hapless Porsche Carrera GT. Incidentally, Paul Walker, who shot into worldwide fame after playing the role of Brian O’Conner in Fast Furious series, died in a fatal car crash accident in 30th November, 2013. He was in the passenger seat of the Porsche Carrera GT, with his friend Roger Rodas behind the steering wheel, the sports car was travelling at around 151 kmph, which was way beyond the speed limit of that particular zone, and the car eventually hit a lamp post. As an impact of the crash, Paul was hit with thousand pounds of force, which broke his ribs and pelvis. Immediately after the crash, the Porsche caught on flame, therefore killing both Paul Walker and his friend Roger Rodas on the spot. Paul’s daughter Meadow claimed, that there was not enough safety provisions installed inside the car.
Lamborghini has confirmed that it will launch the open top version of the Huracan at the upcoming Frankfurt Auto Show. This come one and a half years after the Italian company launched the Huracan coupe.
The Huracan replaced the iconic Gallardo. But immediately a few felt that it was not as mad as a Lamborghini should be. All this is expected to change with the Spyder though. It should add more theater and drama and you will be able to hear more of that screaming V10.
The Huracan comes loaded with technologies that make it extremely quick on a race track. It is way faster than its bigger brother, the mighty Aventador.
The coupe is powered by a 5.2 litre V10 engine which produces 602 HP and 560 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 7-speed LDF dual clutch transmission and power is sent to all four wheels. The car accelerates to a 100 kmph from a standstill in just 3.2 seconds and it goes on to a top speed of over 325 kmph. Fuel efficiency stands at 8 kmpl.
The spyder version will have the same drivetrain. While the coupe weighs in at 1422 kgs, the spyder version will be a little heavier. So it will be just a little slower and will consume just a little more fuel.
The Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4 Spyder will be priced more than coupe which retails at INR 3.43 crores (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
Yet another Lamborghini catches fire and is completely destroyed. The latest incident happened yesterday in Dubai. And the car in question is a limited edition Lamborghini Aventador LP 720-4 50 Anniversario.
The incident happened yesterday at the Dubai Marina and soon pictures and videos started popping up online. Fire fighters could not stop the blaze on time. The car suddenly caught fire just like the Gallardo which caught fire in Delhi recently.
The supercar was launched by Lamborghini in 2013 to celebrates its 50th anniversary. It has been limited to only 200 cars. 100 of them are coupes while the rest are roadsters. Sadly there is 1 less now.
The roadster is powered by a 6.5 litre naturally aspirated V12 engine producing 720 hp and 690 Nm of torque. The power generated is 20 more than the standard Aventador. The engine is mated to a 7-speed gearbox and power is sent to all four wheels. The car accelerates from a stand still to a 100 kmph in 2.9 seconds and it goes on to a top speed of 350 kmph.
The exterior of the car gets small cosmetic changes to differentiate it from the regular car and it also gets a new unique custom paint job. The changes on the inside include a semi-aniline leather upholstery.
The car costs USD $548000. Lamborghini should investigate why the car caught fire and rectify the problem if it is found in other 50th anniversary edition cars.
Hearing the word Lamborghini brings a feeling of sheer speed and masculinity in our minds. Since 1960 starting with Lamborghini Miura, the famous Italian company has gifted the world so many models which comes in the segment Superveloce which means super fast in Italian. They call it SV, off for nearly 30 years the new generation SVs came out in broad daylight in 1995 with Lamborghini Diablo. That was truly a revolutionary leap for Lamborghini as well as for the international super car segment.
Only recently Lamborghini presented the SV versions for four vehicles, but none of them were roadsters. And their latest innovation has just filled up the vacuum with a brand new roadster which was showcased at the famous Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance last weekend (Read it here).
Earlier in 2015 Geneva Motor Show Lamborghini showcased a Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce coupe, and they confirmed there will be a roadster version of the car too, which came under the limelight when they showcased it in at Pebble Beach. While among so many gorgeous state of art automobiles were there at Pebble Beach, this blue Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce roadster grabbed everyone’s attention. As this is a limited edition car, Lamborghini will sell only 500 units of this car alongside the coupe.
Such a beautiful car comes in such a short number, which is somehow tough to digest for us, but as it is said, every good thing comes to an end. Before we go in detail of this car, we can only say, this new beauty is so Lamborghini!
Lamborghini unveiled their newest bull Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce Roadster at the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. It was confirmed that alongside the coupe there will be an open top roadster version on offer from the famous Italian super car manufacturer, as promised, they unveiled the roadster version at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, which attracted many people.
This car is stunningly gorgeous in a Lamborghini way, as well as super fast, true to the name itself, as we know Superveloce means extremely fast in Italian. This edition will be a limited one; just the coupe Lamborghini will produce only 500 units. This is a lighter, refined and more powerful version of the regular Lamborghini Aventador. It comes with a stripped cabin, where lot of carbon fibre fabric has been used in the seats, as well as in various other parts of the cabin too, alongside alcantara and leather. The 6 kg weighing hard top cover of the roadster is made of carbon fibre and Lamborghini claims it comes with a quick release system. The cabin is made specially aerodynamic to reduce the drag. As we heard, the design of the hard top was tested and optimized in a wind tunnel, and it comes with a facility by which the rear screen can be easily raised and lowered from inside, which can act as a wind deflector.
The Bugatti Veyron, built by the German manufacturer Volkswagen, and it is known as the world’s fastest car. The original car, which was launched back in 2005, had a top speed of 407 kmph. This was not enough for the manufacturers. They then launched the Super Sports version that could reach 430.9 kmph. The Bugatti Veyron Super Sports has been recognised by the Guinness World Records as the fastest car in the world. The hypercar was built by Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S in Molsheim, France.
The roadster version of the car is called the Veyron Vitesse. The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse is the fastest roadster in the world. Like all the Veyrons, it is powered by an 8.0litre W16 engine. Its power output is the same as the Super Sports. It develops 1,200 HP and 1,500 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 7-speed DSG gearbox. The car accelerates to a 100 kmph from a standstill in just 2.6 seconds and it has a top speed of 410 kmph. This can be accessed only on closed roads and for normal use, the top speed is limited to a sensible 375 kmph.
Every year, the police close a section of Idaho’s Highway 75 in the U.S. It is used to host the Sun Valley Road Rally where participants are allowed to reach the top speed of their cars. The entry fees are sent to The Drug Coalition, a charity organisation.
This year, a one off Veyron Vitesse called the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse L’Or Rouge, or simply the “Hellbug” took part. The car managed to hit a top speed of 235.7 mph or 379.32 kmph giving out an amazing fighter jet like noise.
The facelift model for the Mercedes-Benz SLK, the 2017 Mercedes-Benz SLC has been spotted testing at the infamous Nurburgring. The new nomenclature from the German manufacturer shows that the car is a roadster belonging to the C-Class family which includes the C-Class sedan and the GLC SUV.
The test mule spotted had a few camouflaged parts which showed that the new car will feature a redesigned front bumper, rear bumper and new headlights. The car is also set to feature refreshed tail lamps and new exhaust pipes. The roadster is also expected to get new interiors along with new equipment.
To power the regular SLC, the same range of engines currently available might continue to be offered. The engine on the AMG variant is likely to be changed. The 5.5 litre V8 on the SLK 55 AMG may be replaced by a new 4.0 litre twin-turbocharged V8. A new AMG variant called the SLC 450 AMG might also make its debut. It will be powered by a 3.0 litre V6.
The Mercedes-Benz roadster is expected to make its debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show in September and it will rival the new Audi TT and the legendary BMW Z4.
Fiat recently confirmed that they are working on a rival to the Mazda MX-5 roadster and it will be called the Fiat 124 Spider. Now they have also confirmed that for all Abarth fans, a high performance version of the 124 Spider is also being developed. Thus there will be two variants, a comfortable Fiat model and an extreme Abarth model.
The car could feature performance elements like carbon fibre splitter, sporty exhaust pipes, lowered suspension, Abarth alloy wheels and paint scheme. The car is expected to be powered by a detuned version of Alfa Romeo 4C’s 1.75 litre turbocharged engine and it will produce around 200 HP. The sports car is expected to weigh less than a tonne.
The Abarth version of the 124 Spider will compete against the Porsche Boxster. However, in the absence of a performance oriented Mazda MX-5, a direct rival will be absent. This should benefit the Italian company the drive up sales.
Abarth is all set to enter India next month with the 500 Competizione. Fiat should launch both the variants of the 124 Spider in India. As the Mazda MX-5 is not on sale here, there is no direct rival to the car.
