both the 2.2 and the 3.2 Litre diesel engines are still on offer

Ford has decided to discontinue some trims levels from their Endeavour SUV lineup because of some unknown reason. Now their brawny and large seven-seater SUV is available with a total three trim levels.

The trim levels on offer currently include the entry-level Trend which is available only in two-wheel drive guise, while the mid Titanium trim too is also available in two-wheel drive guise. The top end fully loaded Titanium trim on offer is available only in the four-wheel-drive guise. The prices of the Trend trim starts from INR. 25,49,000 while the fully loaded top end Titanium trim is priced at INR. 31,50,000. The mid Titanium trim priced at INR. 28,62,000.

Coming to the drivetrains while the Trend and Titanium trims are available with the two-wheel drive are available with the 2.2 Litre diesel unit. The top end Titanium 4X4 variant gets the more powerful 3.2 Litre unit only.

It’s already been a year that Ford has introduced the new generation SUV in India and what we believe is the low sales volume which has forced Ford to take the decision of discontinuing some variants which were earlier on offer.

The Ford Endeavour is the direct rival of the Toyota Fortuner and the recently launched Isuzu MU-X in the Indian market. We also came to know recently that Ford has already begun testing the facelift Endeavour in some International markets already. Expect the facelift SUV to be unveiled sometime towards the year 2018.
