It is true that some of the cars are not for the common masses but that does not stop us from thinking about them or putting up wallpapers on our desktop of these exotic beauties. There is one such brand that has been making such cars from the day they stepped into this business of building cars and are known to the world for making some absolutely insane cars which will perhaps even force an 80 year old person to get a test drive of these beauties. Ladies and Gentleman hold on to your seats because we are going to talk about the newest launch from the house of the Italian sportscar manufacturer Lamborghini and their latest creation the Huracan LP 610-4.
Now this car is really important for the manufacturer as well as the people because the Huracan also happens to be the successor of the iconic Gallardo that’s right the Huracan replaced the Gallardo which was perhaps Lamborghinis most prized possession because they have produced a total of 14,022 units of Gallardo in the span of 10 years and thus it also happens to be their most successful model ever. And there is no doubt in the fact that it was the funkiest looking car that ever came out from the Lamborghini’s stable. Now I know this may not be good news for many Gallardo fans that Lamborghini has stopped the production of the car completely but we also have to keep in mind that life moves on.
Now we have seen plenty of leaked images and spy shots all over the Internet of the Huracan and there also have been lot of rumors and excitement surrounding the new Gallardo successor recently. Until now Lamborghini themselves were tight lipped about this whole matter and has only teased the new successor with few video and audio clips of the engine revving on their dedicated website called Hexagonproject.com. But finally they revealed the car infront of the Crowd. The car made its public debut at the Geneva motor show in March and is already available for sale is some International Countries.
The Huracan is powered by an updated 5.2 liter, V-10 engine which definitely generates an impressive amount of power and torque about which we will talk about a bit later. The new model will also be offered with an all wheel drive system and is built on a completely new platform. This car has already landed on our Indian shores and will be launched on 22nd September 2014.
