At a recently held event, UNDERGROUND RACING’S Lamborghini Huracán set a new world speed record at 247.25 MPH / 397.91 km/h. Now this record was achieved by the Huracan in a 1/2 Mile track which is insane. Earlier this year a Ford GT hit a top speed of 472 km/h in a 1.6 km stretch of tarmac while the Lamborghini Huracan has dared to touch nearly 400 km/h mark in a much lesser distance.

We all know that Lamborghini Huracan is a fast accelerating machine and it can do speeds of 0-100 km/h mark in just 3.2 seconds while the sportscar can reach a top speed of 325 km/h mark. Obviously, the Huracan which set this new World record was not exactly a stock car. Underground Racing-tuned the White Huracan which you see in this video stretching its wings. It is one of the first twin-turbocharged Lamborghini Huracán LP610-4 of this planet. The tremendous feat was achieved with a little boost from the twin turbochargers which provided some boost that was controlled by the Tuners proprietary JRR MoTeC M1 electronics and firmware and also by the correct use of gears of the DCT transmission which comes with additional horsepower.

If you ask about power, then this twin turbocharged Huracan LP610-4 produces about 1200 Hp with the 93 Octane fuel while the same engine pumps out a humongous 2200+ Hp of peak power with the special race gas.
