2017 Audi A3 Facelift Vs Mercedes-Benz CLA
Audi has launched the 2017 A3 facelift in India today. The facelift 2017 year model is available in both petrol and diesel drivetrains. The 2017 Audi A3 is available in two grades which include Premium Plus and Technology. The prices for this entry level compact sedan from Audi starts at 30.50 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the 1.4-litre petrol model, while the 2.0 Litre diesel variant prices start at INR. 32.3 Lakhs.
The Audi A3 has received subtle cosmetic updates to its exterior and interior, however, the significant change comes in the form of a new downsized petrol drivetrain which promises the same amount of fun but returns an impressive overall fuel efficiency. The diesel variant, on the other hand, continues with the 2.0 Litre unit from the pre-facelift car. The Audi A3 locks horns directly with the Mercedes-Benz CLA facelift which was launched here last year November and that sedan too has received some subtle updates as well.

2017 Nissan Terrano
Nissan has launched the facelift Terrano in India today. The updated SUV gets minimal changes to the exterior while inside is where one will find the maximum number of changes. The Terrano was launched in India back in 2013 and based on the same platform which Renault uses to underpin their Duster SUV as well. The updated Terrano get 22 brand new features which have been provided to strengthen the SUV’s smarter and bolder appeal to customers.
Nissan says that the SUV will compliment the lifestyle of today’s Indian customers. The updated Terrano although does not get any mechanical upgrades to its engine. It still continues with the same 1.6-litre petrol and the 1.5 Litre diesel unit. Transmission option for the facelift car includes a 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual and a six speed automated manual which is made available only with the more potent diesel variant.

Audi A3 Facelift Will Launch In India On 6th April 2017
Some of the reports on the internet suggest that Audi will be launching their entry level compact sedan on 6th April 2017. The A3 will be the German premium auto manufacturers third launch after the A3 Cabriolet and the A4 diesel variant for the Indian market; they have planned 10 new products for the Indian market for the year 2017.
The 2017 model A3 gets few cosmetic updates both on the exterior as well interior but the most interesting part though is that it gets a new petrol engine under the hood as well.
Visually the cosmetic updated made to the facelift sedan includes a slightly larger hexagonal shaped grille and also new LED headlamps as an option, the standard version, on the other hand, gets Bi-xenon lights. The headlight unit also integrated LED daytime running lamps as well which looks a lot sharper. Besides the new grille and the headlights, the A3 facelift also gets a redesigned front grille as well which gets bigger air vents. The side profile, however, remains identical to the pre-facelift variant however the updated sedan does get new 16-inch alloy wheels. The rear profile just like the front gets a revised bumper and tweaked and revised taillamps.
Just like the exterior the interior too has been changed as well. The dashboard remains unchanged and gets the same multimedia screen that pops out from inside. Now the Audi A3 also features a wireless mobile charger. Unlike the other International models, the A3 facelift also misses out the Virtual cockpit but instead gets the analogue instrument console.

2017 Audi A3

2017 Honda City
The City sedan has been here in the Indian market for quite some time now and has ruled the segment with its road presence and that impressive IVTEC motor. Then when it was time Honda introduced the diesel motor as well along with a few other updates. Now with the rising competition, Honda has actually decided to introduce the facelift variant City sedan after almost three years since it’s got its last update. This is a mid-cycle update that the car will receive before Honda introduces the new generation sedan.
Honda has already unveiled the 2017 City sedan facelift last month in Thailand and it will also make it to the Indian shores on 14th February 2017. Honda has officially confirmed that they will be launching the updated sedan on the above mentioned date. What is even more interesting is that they have teased the soon to be launched sedan on a recently launched teaser video.

Honda To Launch City Sedan Facelift Tomorrow
We already have reported this earlier that Honda will be launching the City sedan in India on 14th February. The pre-bookings for the sedan has already commenced in India and Honda has also released a teaser video of the car at the same time.
The new facelift car takes its styling inspiration from the new generation Civic, it gets a restyled front headlamps which now gets full LED units and also integrated LED daytime running lamps as well. The front grille too looks bold and gets a dash of chrome to it. While the front chin of the car also gets a sharper looking bumpers. Just like the front, the side profile of the car gets a slightly bigger 16-inch alloy wheels which will most probably be available with the higher grades but the lower and mid grades will get the same 15-inch alloy wheels. The rest of the side profile hasn’t received any major change. Coming to the rear profile of the sedan the only noticeable changes comes in the form of restyled LED taillamp and a boot spoiler with integrated stop lamps. The overall silhouette of the car has remained unchanged though.
Just like the exterior, the interior too to get some subtle updates in the form of an all-new touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and a mobile mirroring app co-developed with Blaupunkt. Expect the interior too also get new upholstery as well.
For the safety of the passengers inside, the City sedan gets 6 airbags, while also expect it to get ABS, rear parking sensor, EBD, child lock safety etc.
2018 Maruti-Suzuki S-Cross
The Indian automotive scenario has been changing drastically in last few years. Indian customers are opening up toward fresh new designs, new niche. The compact SUVs and crossovers have becoming more and more popular day by day in the country like the rest of the world. In 2015 Maruti-Suzuki also tried its luck in the compact crossover segment with the S-Cross.
Now with almost two year after the launch of the model the automaker has developed a facelift version of the S-Cross. Audi Launches The 2017 A3 Cabriolet In India
Audi launched the all new A3 Cabriolet in India today; the open top variant of their entry-level sedan priced at INR. 47.98 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi), the car is sold in the Indian market via the CBU route. Audi introduced the A3 Cabriolet 2 years ago in India and it still remains to be one of the most desirable and affordable premium convertibles of the Country.
The front profile of the Cabriolet like you all can expect has adorned the new face that you all have seen in the facelift A3 sedan. The front profile now gets tweaked LED headlamps which also integrate new LED daytime running lamps which is the signature styling of Audi. The slightly tweaked headlamps are an all LED unit now. Apart from the headlamps the front profile also gets a slightly more pronounced hexagonal grille. The front bumper too looks even sportier and aggressive because of the slightly bigger air vents. Honda City Facelift Teased For The Indian Market Launch On 14th February
Honda unveiled the facelift City in Thailand last month and now the auto manufacturer has officially confirmed that they will be launching the facelift sedan in India on 14th. Not only have they mentioned the launch date but even shared all the details along with a teaser video of what you could expect from the upcoming car. The company even commenced the pre-bookings of the new car at all the Honda Dealerships across the country. One can pay a token amount of INR. 21, 000 to book the new car.
The facelift sedan now gets a completely new face which takes its inspiration from the new generation Civic and Accord. The facelift sedan gets slightly tweaked LED headlamps along with integrated LED daytime running lamps as well. The chrome grille towards the front also looks new and like we already said takes its inspiration from the new gen Civic and Accord. Besides the new headlamps and grille the City facelift has also received a new bumper as well, the front bumper also houses fog lamps. Besides the front fog lamps the side profile also gets new Diamond cut alloy wheels(while the middle grade variants gets 15 inch alloy wheels). Hyundai Xcent Facelift Sedan Spotted Testing Just Few Days Before Its Launch
Only recently we have reported that Hyundai is all set to introduce the Grand i10 hatchback facelift in India. Now Hyundai will also be launching the facelift Xcent sedan as well which is actually based on the Grand i10 hatchback.

2017 Hyundai Grand i10 With Updated Diesel Engine Spotted!
Hyundai is all set to introduce the Grand i10 facelift in India in the month of February; this will be their first major launch for the Indian market in the year 2017. Details of the soon to be launched hatchback now have surfaced online including information about its new updated engine and pricing.
According to the recent reports the facelift Grand i10 prices will start from INR. 4, 58, 000 for the base ERA petrol trim while the top end Asta diesel is expected to be priced at INR. 7.33 lakh(ex showroom). The best thing is that the facelift variant base variant will now be atleast INR. 30,000 cheaper than the existing variant. Apart from the revised pricing the hatchback facelift also gets a revised lineup as well. The Asta(O) trim has now been discontinued in favour of standard Asta trim, while two new trims are also being added to the current lineup which includes Sportz(O) and the Sportz(O) AT which is available exclusively with the petrol variant.
Coming to the cosmetic changes the soon to be launched Grand i10 will get a wider front grille, repositioned front fog lamps and a new rear bumper to go with the frontal changes. Unfortunately there are no other big changes made to the hatchback.
Upcoming Hyundai Grand i10 Facelift To Get More Powerful Diesel Engine
According to the recent reports on the internet the upcoming facelift Hyundai Grand i10 will get a slightly bigger and updated diesel engine under its hood. The facelift Grand i10 debuted at the 2016 Paris Motor show and already introduced in the markets of UK.For all your information the updated Grand i10 will be called i10 Prime and this will also be their first product which will launch this year in India.
This is not the first time that Hyundai used the ‘Prime’ iteration. The South Korean auto maker used to use it for their now discontinued Getz hatchback as well.
The Grand i10 hatchback which is sold as the next generation i10 in some other International markets was introduced back in the year 2013 and it was able to sell in impressive numbers as well. This will be the hatchbacks first major facelift since its introduction in the Indian market. Apart from getting few cosmetic updates on its exterior and interior the Grand i10 hatchback will also get a completely new diesel drivetrain under its hood.
Currently the pre-facelift variant gets a 1.2 Litre Kappa Dual VTVT petrol unit, this 4 cylinder oil burner is capable of producing about 83 Ps of peak power and 11.6 kgm of torque. The engine is paired to a 5 speed manual transmission while there is also a 4 speed automatic transmission available as an option. The diesel unit on the other hand gets the slightly older second generation 1.1-litre 3-cylinder engine that churns out about 70 BHP and 160 Nm of torque. The engine is paired to a 5 speed manual transmission.
According to the recent reports by Team-BHP Hyundai has decided to upgrade the existing 1.1 Litre CRDi engine with a slightly more powerful 1.2 Litre unit. This unit is actually the updated version of their existing diesel unit and uses the same 3 cylinder. But the increase in displacement capacity has helped the engine to gain slightly more power advantage over the existing 1.1 Litre unit.
The reports also states that the new facelift i10 Prime diesel mill will generate around 71 Bhp of peak power and 190 Nm of torque. Besides the minor hike in power and torque output expect the diesel unit to also get return an impressive fuel efficiency figures as well.

We already have reported earlier that Honda will be launching the City facelift in the markets of Thailand on 13th January 2017 and offcourse! The Indian launch too isn’t far away.
The City facelift was already caught undisguised but this new image reveals the front and rear profile of the sedan completely. Like we already said before the front end of the sedan now looks like that they have taken inspiration from the new generation Civic and Accord. The headlamp shape also has been slightly redesigned as well furthermore the headlamps unit now also gets integrated daytime running lamps. The new bolder looking grille runs into the headlamp area and gives the front profile a slightly more shaper look. The front bumper has also been designed and it now gets 3 air intake slots along with the fog lamps as well. On the inside the City facelift sedan will most likely get an all new infotainment system which is compatible with both Apple car play and Android Auto system. This new touchscreen infotainment system also gets a navigation system as well. The City facelift will likely also get the all black interior as well. While for the safety of the passengers it will feature six airbags as well along with ABS and EBD.
According to the reports the Thailand spec City facelift will retain the 1.5L i-VTEC petrol engine capable of producing 120 PS at 6,600 rpm and 145 Nm at 4,600 rpm. The engine is paired to a 5 speed manual gearbox. While the other variant gets the CVT Transmission as an option.
2017 Honda Mobilio
According to the recent reports on the internet Honda is all set to introduce the facelift Mobilio in the Indian market. The Mobilio is direct rival of the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and perhaps is the only MPV which was able to give some stiff competition to Maruti’s Ertiga.

Honda City Facelift Spied On Indian Soil For The First Time
Honda will be launching the City facelift in India after it launches in the market of Thailand on 12th January. The car was teased in Thailand social media couple of times but the midsize sedan was caught on the Indian soil undisguised for the very first time during a TVC shoot. Now as already reported earlier the sedan sports a design inspired from the new generation Civic and Accord.
The City facelift for the first time gets wraparound new LED headlamps, redesigned bumper and fog lamps towards the front. While towards the rear the sedan gets a LED taillamps as well. While towards the side profile it gets 16 inch diamond cut alloys. The City sedan facelift also gets an all black interior. The slightly redesigned dashboard houses a new touchscreen infotainment system which also integrates an Apple car play and Android Auto compatibility.
The City facelift will continue with the same 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol and i-DTEC diesel engines but offcourse Honda will make some improvements. The drivetrain will be paired to the same 6 speed manual as well as 6 speed automatic transmissions.
Expect the City facelift launch to take place towards the month of February 2017 after its Thailand launch. As far as the pricing is concerned it will be priced slightly higher than the pre-facelift variants.

Features and Details Of The All New 2017 Suzuki Swift : Video
Suzuki has unveiled the new generation Swift hatchback in Japan last week and while it will launch in Japan within few more weeks the hatchback will also make its way into India by next year only.
Now this is an important video that we found on You tube which describes the whole car in detail. This is third generation Swift that was introduced infront of the World in Japan. The hatchback is known as YSD internally; the car is able to break new ground in terms of technology but also is able to retain the old Swifts identity as well. If we continue talking about styling then the new generation Swift hatchback gets clamshell like bonnet along with a new wider single piece grille and new headlamps, wide wheels arches towards the side profile A and B pillars finished in Black leaving a floating roof like effect. Like we already mentioned earlier as well the new Swift hatchback is underpins a completely new lightweight and rigid chassis. While the hatchback has a slightly longer wheelbase but the car is slightly shorter in length than the Baleno hatchback.

Refreshed Hyundai Eon On The Works Launch In 2017
Compared to the other entry level hatchbacks the Hyundai Eon is perhaps the only car which hasn’t received any major updates since its introduction back in the year 2011. The only change perhaps came in the form of an addition of a slightly more powerful 1.0 Litre mill under its hood.
Now according to the reports Hyundai is working on a new facelift variant of the hatchback which will likely be introduced in the year 2017. Expect the new hatchback to get minor changes on both its exterior as well as interior. But you all will also be delighted to know that the South Korean auto manufacturer has also plans to introduce the new generation model as well which will get plenty of modern updates and perhaps a new platform as well.
Coming to the facelift variant, expect the refreshed Eon to get a restyled front as well as rear bumper, while it might also receive a slightly tweaked head and taillamps as well. 2017 Volvo V40
The entry level flag bearer of Volvo might not be popular in the Indian market but this definitely is one of the popular small cars when we talk about some other International markets of the World.
