Toyota Innova Crysta petrol will launch on 1st August

Toyota launched the new Innova Crysta few months back. The Innova Crysta has been the biggest launch of the year till date. The car first made its appearance at the 2016 New Delhi Auto Expo earlier this year in February. Later in May, Toyota Kirloskar Motors launched the second generation Innova dubbed as Innova Crysta in Indian market. Within very short time after launch the car pulled plenty of customer bookings.

The car was launched with two diesel engine options, with one being 2.4 litre unit and another is an even larger 2.8 litre diesel engine. Meanwhile the Delhi government’s ban on 2000 cc and above diesel engines created trouble for the huge automaker. In Delhi and NCR the car couldn’t sell. Later in Kerala also due to the ban on 2000 cc and above diesel engines by NGT Toyota had to stop selling the Innova Crysta. No wonder, which impacted hard on the Japanese automaker’s sales figure in Indian market.

But now the automaker is all set to introduce a petrol version of the Innova Crysta, which will significantly help the Toyota in regions like Delhi, NCR and Kerala, where the diesel ban is in effect. Here, we will take a look at the facts and details about the Innova Crysta Petrol.
