Now the Porsche 911 Turbo S is definitely more expensive than the R8 V10 but when it comes to power the R8 V10 surely wins all the bet because the V10 produces an impressive 602 Bhp of peak power at 8250 rpm while the Porsche 911 Turbo S produces 552 bhp of peak power at 6500 rpm from its 3.8-litre, twin-turbo six-cylinder engine. Now when it comes to acceleration The R8 V10 can sprint from 0-100 km/h mark in 3.2 seconds while the Porsche 911 Turbo S achieves the same in 3.1 seconds.
Both these cars are exciting to drive and are the perfect track machines. In this video you can watch them being tested on a wet track with almost zero grip. The Porsche driven in this review gets a seven speed PDK unit which is extremely quick and is paired to a monster of an engine. While on the other hand the R8 V10’s engine can rev upto 9000 rpm which actually gives plenty of edge to the owners, the R8 V10 also provides 50 Hp more power than the Turbo S. However the place where the R8 V10 lacks is that this car produces a lot lesser torque than the 911 Turbo.
Watch the review and find out more about what these cars are capable of doing in a wet track and find out which can be the perfect weapon of choice for you amongst the duo.
