Now we recently informed you about the Jaguar F-Type SVR which is the new more aggressive and wilder variant of the F-Type Sportscar designed and developed by SVR division who is also responsible behind the Range Rover Sport SVR. Recently Jaguar has announced that the they will be introducing the F-Type SVR formally at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show and it will go on sale towards the first half of 2016 only.

Now what makes the F-Type SVR different from the regular F-Types is definitely its performance which is extracted from the same 5.0 Liter V8 unit. The power outputs are not out yet officially but you can expect the F-Type SVR to produce way more power than the standard F-Type. Jaguar although revealed that the F-Type SVR will be capable of hitting a top speed of above 300 km/h mark which is quite impressive. The rest of the changes that you could expect in the F-Type SVR include some cosmetic upgrades made to its exterior as well as interior.

The F-Type SVR is made to perform and will benefit from all the research and development and engineering which takes place inside the SVR workshop.

Recently we have revealed that the F-Type SVR will be powered by the same 5.0 Liter V8 unit which will be capable of producing about 576 Bhp of peak power and an impressive 700 Nm of torque. The all aluminum F-Type will be paired to the same 8 speed automatic transmission offcourse tuned to handle all the extra torque and power. You can expect this sports coupe to hit a topspeed of above 300 km/h mark.

As far as the exterior styling is concerned you can expect a more aggressive body kit to hug the exterior while the interior might get new touches of leather and even a duel tone dash.

The new Jaguar F-TYPE SVR will make its global debut at the Geneva Motor Show and will go on sale in summer 2016.
Capable of 200mph, the new F-TYPE SVR is the first Jaguar SVR and is developed to exploit the two-seat aluminium sports car’s full potential while retaining its day-to-day usability.
Lighter, faster and more powerful, the new F-TYPE SVR takes performance, dynamics and driver involvement to a new level yet retains the comfort and duality of character inherent to all Jaguar cars.
