A Performance Oriented Lamborghini Huracan Is Heading Our Way: Video
Are You Ready Yet!
The Lamborghini Huracan Performante is surely going to be something that we all have been waiting for a long time. Lamborghini is once again digging their roots and pulling out some of their most insane tricks to impress their customers by presenting the most potent member of their Huracan family. I mean that is what they are known for right?
The Italian sports car manufacturer has already dropped a new teaser video which showcased the future car. The car seen in the video was covered in heavy camouflage, and there is no denying the fact that it surely looked intimidating with the addition of that huge rear wing and the front spoiler.
The entire video was shot on the Nurburgring, and the reports also suggest that the new car was able to set a new lap record as well. The car will also get a new feature called "Aereodinamica Lamborghini Attiva."
Now, don’t get confused with the term because the new name is basically an advanced active aerodynamic system. The Coupe gets plenty of new aerodynamics on the front splitter and also a new rear wing. These are exclusively available with this new performance-oriented version of the car and thus won’t be available with the standard model.
Apart from the Active aerodynamics, the bull will also actually shed around 40 kilograms from the original variant, courtesy the new forged composite body materials. However, it will still get the same 5.2 Liter V10 unit which will perhaps be tuned slightly different to produce even more power and torque figures. The Huracan Performante will perhaps also get a tweaked suspension setup and recalibrated gear ratios to match with all those increased power figures.
The car will most probably make its official debut perhaps just a few days ahead of the 2017 Geneva Motor show.
