Unfortunately, the 2017 Nissan has not received any cosmetic updates so I I am afraid you all will have to deal with the old styling of the car. Nissan gave updates to the Micra hatchback back in 2013, and quite sincerely it hasn’t received any changes since then. The car will continue with the same front face which gets that wing like headlamp shape and sporty bumpers. What makes this car perfect for City traffic is its compact dimensions. Expect Nissan to throw some new colours to the lineup and even a new set of alloy wheels for the top end trims.

Now, this is where you all can expect some serious changes, for quite some time now Nissan has been leaving a hint on their social media pages that they will soon be launching advanced connectivity features for some of their products like the Micra, Sunny and Terrano. To our disappointment Nissan hasn’t made any changes here as well but it does get a new steering wheel with integrated Audio controls. and colour accents on the dashboard to increase the visual appeal of the cabin.

Besides the new additions the Nissan MIcra like we already explained above also gets a Rain sensing wipers, keyless entry and push-button start/stop, auto air conditioning controls, follow me home headlamps.

The updated NIssan Micra does get subtle cosmetic updates on its exterior as well as interior some new additions like rain sensing wipers and automatic headlamps surely sounds interesting while the Colour accents on the dashboard helps in making the boring looking cabin little attractive. However, it hasn’t really recieved any mechanical updates which is bit disappointing. These changes will definitely keep things fresh until and unless Nisan decides to launch the new generation hatchback in India sometimes next year.
