2017 Tata Hexa
Tata Motors is currently on a spree to revise its entire portfolio, in order to stop the exponential decline in sales that the Indian automaker is currently experiencing. With the Tiago hatchback already accumulating huge praises from customers and critics, Tata has turned its attention to other upcoming products in its lineup. The Indian origin automaker has been making gradual improvement in their design language, and they are bringing bold and fresh products to the Indian market without hesitation. And the next big thing coming our way is a premium SUV Crossover, christened as the Tata Hexa. What do we know about this Tata crossover? Well, read-on to find out.
Earlier, when Tata Motors showcased the Tata Hexa concept at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, we all knew it would be a replacement of their Tata Aria MPV which didn’t do well in terms of sales in the Indian market. But, at the recently concluded 2016 New Delhi Auto Expo, Tata Motors showcased the production version of Tata Hexa, and it took everyone by surprise. The Hexa really impressed us. Rather than being a restyled Aria it came with an individual identity, which made it look a lot different to its stable siblings. The car looks like an MPV in terms of size, but it is actually a stylish and tough looking crossover equipped with the latest off-roading technologies.
The all new Tata Hexa looks sporty and muscular, yet stylish. Not only at the exterior, but the interior too get plenty of attractive features which are luxurious and provide a new-age character to this upcoming Tata Crossover.
Update 18.01.2017:- Tata Motors launched the Hexa Crossover in India today. The new Crossover is the flagship offering from Tata Motors and the prices and details have been updated in the overview article of the Crossover

2017 Aston Martin DB11
Aston Martin has taken all the risk and played it big this time, atleast that is what comes to your mind when you actually look at the all new DB11. This thing looks insane and what is appears Aston Martin has actually lifted this car straight from the future James Bond movie set. The DB11 promises to combine the best of latest technologies available at this moment along with an exception design and a powerful engine.
So in short the new Aston Martin DB11 which will replace the existing DB9 underpins a completely new aluminum structure which will also support the future Aston Martin cars, an all new 5.2 Litre, twin turbocharged, V12 unit which is capable of producing an impressive 600 Hp of peak power, an aerodynamic exterior body shell and all the luxury that one actually searches for in a car of this stature. To be frank Aston Martin although competes with the Lamborghini, Ferrari in this segment but they never actually competed in the sheer performance space, instead their reputation is built entirely on elegance, quality of refinement and luxury which they are able to pack inside their each and every car.
Although the 600 Hp might not sound much in today’s standards especially when we think about its rivals but the car’s overall design and its ultra luxurious interiors surely can impress even the strictest critic. There is no doubt that the new DB11 can throw all the punches and kicks at its enemies but does not actually miss its rich British Accent either.

This is not an unknown fact that Lamborghini designers are always inspired by fighter jets and they have actually also borrowed lot of technological details including the aerodynamics and even design solutions from all these powerful machines which rules the skies. A good example of Lamborghini’s inspiration from fighter jets comes in the form of the new digital instrument cluster controls located just in the central console as you will find in most of the airline cockpits. 2016 Jaguar XF
The XF was first introduced in the Jaguar lineup in the year 2007 and as a replacement for the S-Type, it served well for Jaguar and also collected some impressive sales numbers, but as the competition in the premium executive mid-size luxury sedan market increased Jaguar needed to put their hands inside their magic bag and pull out a new surprise and that is what exactly they did. The second generation XF is much more technologically advanced than its predecessor and is also 80 Kilograms lighter than its competition. You must be wondering how this is even possible well! Jaguar has used their all new aluminium-intensive architecture which by the way is also used by XF’s sister XE sedan
The new and updated Jaguar XF surely looks gorgeous and because it uses almost 75 percent aluminium construction, the new platform and architecture has helped the structure to become more rigid and also lighter, like we already mentioned, the new XF is almost 190 KG lighter than its predecessor.

2016 Renault KWID 1.0 Litre
There were rumours that Renault is all set to add another new variant to their popular entry level hatchback KWID. Now this has been done to get a fair share of this popular entry level hatchback segment which does not have a lot of competition. Renault launched the KWID recently and it quickly became popular in this segment because of its one of a kind features and offcourse out of the box Crossover type styling never seen before in a hatchback. The KWID competes directly with the Alto800, Hyundai Eon and the recently launched Datsun RediGo and we have to agree that it is actually giving some tough time to its rivals.
Now all the above mentioned cars uses a 800 cc displacement motors including the KWID but in order to get the attention of other auto makers Renault needed a bigger engines and that is why they have decided to introduce one more powerful variant to their existing KWID hatchback. Maruti who has completely changed the game with their product Alto has a 1.0 Litre engine placed under the hood of the K10, while the Korean auto maker Hyundai too has a powerful 1.0 Litre variant of the Eon as well.
So in order to cope with its competition Renault decided to introduce a new variants of the KWID at the 2016 Auto show powered by a completely new 1.0 Litre engine. The best thing about the new engine is that it not only gets a manual transmission but an optional AMT transmission as well with the 1.0 Litre variant. Vitara Brezza With AT Transmission Showcased The 2016 Indonesia Auto Show
This really took us by surprise when we first heard the news that at the ongoing 2016 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show an Indian made Vitara Brezza compact SUV with AT made its appearance. Actually after its official debut at the 2016 Auto expo in Delhi this was the second auto expo where the sub-4 meter compact SUV actually made its appearance.
The Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza will be sold under the Suzuki banner and will be launched at a later stage in the Indonesian market. The compact SUV will be sold in the Indonesian market with a single diesel engine option which will come paired to both 5 speed manual as well as an automatic transmission. Though what is surprising is the fact that the Indonesian market will be the very first market which will get the Automatic transmission variant of the Vitara Brezza.
Although the engine option offered in the Indonesian market is the 1.3 litre, four cylinder DDiS diesel unit which is capable of producing about 90 Ps of peak power and 200 Nm of torque and is already on offer in India as well. But the best part is that it will be available with both the 5 speed manual as well as an Automatic transmission which will be available as an option. Although India gets the same engine but only with single 5 speed manual gearbox.
The Vitara Brezza won the title of India’s largest selling UV of the Country last month by able to sell over 10, 000 units. There is a waiting period of over 6-9 months for the compact SUV at this moment in our Country.
Apart from the Fiat competizione, the Abarth Punto and the Urban Cross there was one more car which caught lots of attention at Fiat pavilion of the 2016 Auto expo and this was the new Linea 125s. Now the Linea 125s is based on the same Linea sedan which was actually launched way back in the year 2009 in India and honestly this car has started aging now. Perhaps Fiat wants to give this car a new lease of life until they launch a replacement for the Linea sedan.
Coming to the 125s, this variant of the Linea actually does not get a lot of cosmetic upgrades but what it gets instead is this interesting 1.4 litre T-Jet petrol unit under the hood of the sedan. Now you must be wondering what is so special about this new 1.4 litre T-Jet petrol motor, so for your information this is actually the same engine which powers the newly launched more aggressive and sportier Punto Abarth and the 595 Competizione.
We were able to click some images of the car at the 2016 Auto Expo and was also able to upload this article with some new information about this upcoming sedan which will be launched in India this year.
